Dr. Le O'Leary
Dr. Le O’Leary grew up in Montreal, Canada and has called the Dallas area home for more than 30 years. She is fluent (though admittedly a bit rusty) in both French and Vietnamese, which often brings a smile to patients who appreciate hearing a familiar phrase.
Her goal as an endodontist is simple: to treat every patient with the same care and attention she would want for her own family. She believes excellent endodontic treatment is not only about technical precision, but also about creating an environment where patients feel heard, respected, and at ease.
Dr. O’Leary became a Board-Certified endodontist in November 2003, a distinction earned by a minority of endodontists nationwide. This rigorous certification reflects advanced clinical expertise and a commitment to evidence-based care. She specializes in complex cases and retreatment, approaching each case thoughtfully and without rushing the process..
Beyond her specialty training, Dr. O’Leary has pursued advanced study in craniofacial development, airway anatomy, and biologic healing principles. She believes that understanding the broader influences on oral health enhances diagnostic precision and patient care. Her interest in regenerative science, including platelet-rich fibrin (PRF), reflects her commitment to supporting natural healing within the scope of specialty endodontics.
Outside the office, Dr. O’Leary treasures time with her family. She has a married daughter who works as a nurse, whose husband serves in the National Guard, and a son in the Reserve who is finishing college. She is the proud grandmother of two energetic grandsons and is recently engaged. Family remains her greatest joy and grounding influence.
When she is not caring for patients, Dr. O’Leary enjoys gourmet cooking, interior decorating, gardening, staying active, golf, and travel. Her staff affectionately refer to her as the “Asian Martha Stewart,” a playful nod to her love of creating beautiful, welcoming spaces and memorable gatherings — whether at home or in the office.
